At Scrap-It N Move-It, our first job is simple: remove the unwanted items you want gone.

We're not coming to your home to appraise your belongings or search for things to sell. You hire us for junk removal, you show us what needs to go, and our crew handles the heavy lifting, loading and hauling.

But sometimes, while doing our job, we come across an item that may still have resale value. That's where our Turn Your Clutter Into Cash Program comes in. If we spot something we believe may have resale potential, we'll bring it to your attention. If the item qualifies for our program and you choose to participate, we'll take care of the rest.If it sells, you receive 30% of the final sale price in cash.

How It Works

1. WE REMOVE YOUR UNWANTED ITEMS

You book Scrap-It N Move-It for regular junk removal.You point to what needs to go. We do the lifting, loading and hauling.Your junk removal service is paid in full as usual. Participation in the Clutter to Cash Program does not reduce or discount your junk removal price.

2. WE MAY SPOT SOMETHING OF VALUE

While removing your unwanted items, we may come across something we believe has resale potential.If we do, we'll bring it to your attention.We're not an appraisal service, and we don't come to your property specifically looking for valuables. Not every item will qualify.Participation in the program is completely optional.

3. WE DO THE WORK

If the item qualifies and you choose to participate, we'll bring it back to our shop.

We'll handle the work involved in preparing it for sale, which may include:

✔ Cleaning

✔ Minor repairs or preparation, if needed

✔ Taking photos

✔ Creating the listing

✔ Advertising the item

✔ Communicating with potential buyers

✔ Coordinating the sale

4. IF IT SELLS, YOU GET 30% BACK

If your qualifying item sells, you receive 30% of the final sale price in cash.

For example:

Your cash-back payment is separate from your junk removal service.

What Might Qualify?

We never know what we might come across!

Potential items could include:

✔ Cabinets, doors & renovation materials

Not every item in these categories will qualify. Scrap-It N Move-It determines resale eligibility based on factors such as condition, demand and anticipated resale value.

What Happens If It Doesn't Sell?

Qualifying items selected for the program may be held for sale for up to three months.

If the item does not sell during that time, it may be donated or otherwise disposed of at Scrap-It N Move-It's discretion.

There is no guaranteed resale value or guaranteed cash-back amount.

Because not everything we remove belongs in the landfill.

Some unwanted items still have plenty of life left in them. When we identify something that could potentially be reused or resold, our program gives it another opportunity instead of automatically treating it as waste.
